RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for choosing our online candle shop! We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we have a straightforward return and exchange policy in place.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. Please not that the items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. They will guide you through the process.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
